Northmoor Hills

Northmoor Hills is a large subdivision located in North Peoria between University Street to the west, Sheridan Road to the east, Northmoor Road to the north, and Austin to the south. Most of the homes were built in the late 1950's through the 1970's. It's very close to Richwoods High School, which is this subdivision's high school and it belongs to Rolling Acres and Northmoor elementary and middle schools. There are mainly ranch and two story designs, with a few tri-levels and quad- levels. It's close to Exposition Gardens where each year the Heart of Illinois Fair is held and as well other events.
