Cedar Creek Subdivision is a beautiful higher-end subdivision in Metamora. It is located off Sante Fe Road, which most people will access off of Lourdes Road/Route 116. Many of the lots are around 1.5 acres or more. Plenty of space between neighbors for sure! Most of the homes were built in the 2000's and it's about a 15-20 minute commute to Peoria, Illinois.
