The Coves of Charter Oak Subdivision is located in North Peoria directly across the entrance to Weaverridge Golf Course and residential development. These homes are pretty sharp in our opinion. They were all built by Signature Homes and Ironwood Homes. They are priced mostly in the lower $200K to the mid to upper $350K range with most built in the late 2000's. There are still some lots left to choose from. The Coves belongs to the Charter Oak Elementary School, Mark Bills Middle School, and Richwoods schools of District 150. Great location close to everything and with easy access to War Memorial via Charter Oak Road.
