Forest Lawn

While the official name for this subdivision may be Forest Lawn, it comprises a few different streets, including popular well known Detweiller Drive! Here you can find an array of homes starting with some modest smaller homes built in the 1960's, to a few of the most grand homes Peoria has to offer up to $660K. It also has an access into the west side of Detweiller Park, which is a huge Peoria Park District Park, that has more trails and green space than you will ever be able to tackle in a single day. Some of the homes on Detweiller Drive also offer up some amazing wooded river views. The price ranges vary as much as the style and sizes of the homes. Most of the homes here are part of the Kellar, Liberty Leadership (formerly Lindberg) and Richwoods High schools of District 150. It is located off Knoxville Ave, just north of Mt. Hawley Golf Course and Country Club.
