Hawley Hills is a nice subdivision in North Peoria located just east of Mt. Hawley Road and two subdivisions south of Mt. Hawley Country Club and Golf Course. There are quite a few homes built in the 80's and 90's with mostly two story style homes. However, you can also find a few ranch and multi-level homes. There are a lot of mature trees making this a pretty subdivision to drive through. This subdivision belongs to the Kellar, Liberty Leadership (formerly Lindberg Middle School), and Richwoods schools of District 150. Close proximity to Knoxville Avenue and it's a direct drive to downtown Peoria with easy access point to The Rock Island Trail.
