High Point

High Point Subdivision is what we would define as a "Father Knows Best" type of neighborhood. It just has that feeling as your drive down the tree lined ridge of a quiet little unassuming subdivision, that is until you come across some of the spectacular river views and the gated section (in the back of the neighborhood) that holds a few of the largest homes in Peoria. It belongs to the Kellar, Liberty Leadership, (formerly Lindbergh) and Richwoods schools of District 150. It is located off Mt Hawley Road, near Kellar school. Easy access to Knoxville Ave to get you anywhere north or south you need to go. A subdivision that has not lost an ounce of character-but rather has only increased it in the few decades it has been there.
