Joos Walnut Grove Subdivision is located in Washington on the north side of the community, north of Route 24, and just west of Cummings Lane. It's close to Deer Ridge and Oak Creek Subdivisions, across from Hunters Glen Subdivision. It's a completed neighborhood, with many fine ranch and two story style homes that were built in the late 1990's and early to mid 2000's. It's close to Oak Ridge Park, which features 3 baseball diamonds, football, and soccer fields. It has easy access to Route 24 and downtown Peoria as well as surrounding communities.
