Kellar Heights is a nice established subdivision in North Peoria located between University and Knoxville Avenue and closest to Knoxville and the Gilles Lane/Sheridan Road intersections. One exciting newer feature is the popular Rock Island Trail that offers jogging and biking trail cuts through the subdivision. This means you can get on a bike and go north all the way through the town of Dunlap and beyond, as well as south through Peoria Heights and on to the Downtown Peoria river front!
