Lexington Park is a large subdivision located off Sterling and Reservoir in Peoria, with Interstate I-74 access, and close to Northwoods Mall and Westlake Shopping center. Most of the homes were built in the late 60's, 70's and 80's. There are ranch style homes, two stories, tri-levels, bi-levels, and split foyers. The original developer of the subdivision was Ray Becker, who was also the developer of the Twin Towers in downtown Peoria. These homes belong to the Woodrow Wilson, Sterling, and Peoria Central schools of District 150.
