Oak Creek is the largest Washington Subdivision on the north side of Route 24. It can be accessed via Sante Fe Road off Cummings Lane as well as Nofsinger Road. Other subdivisions that are near Oak Creek include Bristol Park, Northwyck, Hunters Glen, Joos Walnut Grove, and Deer Ridge. Of all of the subdivisions mentioned, Oak Creek has the largest home sites for both lot size and square footage. There are some very nice wooded sites on the north end of the subdivision and there are new sections being added that can supply more new construction options. The subdivision started in the early 2000's and continues to grow today. There is a nearby park, Oak Ridge Park, that offers three baseball fields as well as football and soccer fields. Oak Creek has easy access to Route 24 and downtown Peoria. The Washington Town Square and the popular 5 Points Community Center are just a few minutes away.
