Rolling Acres

Rolling Acres has to be the largest subdivision in all of Peoria, Illinois. It is centrally located north of Glen Avenue, East of War Memorial Drive, South of Northmoor Road, and West of University Street. There are hundreds of homes here which all go to the Rolling Acres, Northmoor, and Richwoods schools of District 150. There are many ranch style homes along with a few two stories and split foyer designs. Homes vary in price from $55K and go up to just over $200K. Some homes have basements while some are on slabs. It's a great central location to get just about anywhere you need to go!
