Summer Ridge is a newer subdivision located off Radnor Road near the intersection of Alta Road and Radnor Road. It's in the city of Peoria, the Dunlap school district, and has a Dunlap mailing address. There are some beautiful home built there by a few different builders. It's adjacent to Trailview and Fields Crossing Subdivisions and just west of the exclusive Attingham Subdivision. It's located just 3 miles from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie with easy interstate access, close to schools, shopping, dining, and health clubs. The Rock Island Trail is a popular jogging and biking trail that is nearby. Distance to downtown Peoria is about 15 minutes, as is the Caterpillar facility in East Peoria. For Beatles fan, there is a street called Penny Lane!
