Townsend

Townsend is appropriately named because it is on the far north end of town on the north side of Peoria. It's located among some other subdivisions off of Ravinswood Road, which is off Knoxville Ave. One thing that sets Townsend apart is the size of the yards. Many of the homes offer at least half an acre size and many offer quite a bit more. The homes are in the Dunlap school district, but have a city of Peoria mailing address. The setting is a beautiful place for a subdivision, tucked in among the trees and close to Thousand Oaks Subdivision.
