Windsong

Windsong Subdivision is located off Grange Road at the intersection of Grange Road and Centennial. There are some nice ranch and two story style homes in this development, with  most being built between 2005 and 2013. What was originally planned as a one builder development, ended up being a little more open when the original developer sold off a portion of the lots. This allowed for a better mix, in my opinion, of different builders and styles. I think it's nice to have different builders in a subdivision because that tends to bring more options with regards to floor plans and styles. Windsong is located a little further to the west than some of the other Washington subdivisions, which puts it a little closer to East Peoria and Peoria. There is also private neighborhood park.
